Fort Collins Reads is passionate about creating a well-rounded literary community full of readers and writers alike. Each year, we make an effort to forge new ideas into reality for our local community and every year our efforts are fruitful.

ESSAY CONTEST:
For the twelfth year Fort Collins Reads is sponsoring a writing contest for sixth through twelfth grades in celebration of our visiting author.

AUTHOR EVENT 10/23:
Fort Collins Reads is excited to partner with 
Poudre River Public Library District and Fort Collins Book Fest to sponsor our 2021 annual event with author Kali Fajardo-Anstine, whose book of short stories Sabrina & Corina is a National Book Award Finalist. Save the date of the afternoon of Saturday, October 23, at 2:00 p.m. for the free event at The Lincoln Center in Fort Collins, CO. 

Free tickets for the in-person and virtual event are available through the Lincoln Center Box Office. You can only reserve a ticket by calling 970-221-6730 or visiting the Lincoln Center at 417 West Magnolia Street, Fort Collins, CO 80521. MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED AT THIS EVENT.
